Dashboard Venue Operation

Thanks to International Olympic Committee and data collected from Tokyo 2020+1, we collaboratively analyzed egress of main venues used during the Games and created a tool to empower business departments extracting participants’ behaviours and insights to right size their operations.

Organizing an event with more than 50 sports, 40 venues, 25 days of competitions, 14,000 athletes competing and 15 million of visitors requires effective coordination of the different operational divisions (transport, security, food and beverage, catering, logistic, …)

During the summer of the Games more than 20 dashboards developed for the Main Operations Center, the Control Tower, ensuring smooth running of the Games, supporting decision making and feeding executives daily report.
